STEP 1: Gather a combination of balanced ingredients
- Fat- Almond Butter (1 spoonful)
- Protein- Muscle Milk Whey Protein (1 Scoop)
- Carbs- Oatmeal & Fruit (1/2 C each)
STEP 2: Pour in you base liquid
Choose whatever floats your boat. Can be anything from water or egg whites to almond milk.
STEP 3: Throw in all non-frozen solids

STEP 4: Add frozen ingredients
1/2 Cup berries and a handful of ice makes for a refreshing & healthy summer smoothie
