5 Easy Steps To Create a Kick-Ass Health Smoothie

STEP 1: Gather a combination of balanced ingredients

  • Fat- Almond Butter (1 spoonful)
  • Protein- Muscle Milk Whey Protein (1 Scoop)
  • Carbs- Oatmeal & Fruit (1/2 C each)

STEP 2: Pour in you base liquid

Choose whatever floats your boat. Can be anything from water or egg whites to almond milk.

STEP 3: Throw in all non-frozen solids

Protein power, oats, and almond butter

STEP 4: Add frozen ingredients

1/2 Cup berries and a handful of ice makes for a refreshing & healthy summer smoothie

STEP 5: Blend it!

Shouldn’t take more than 60 seconds.
